The 501c3 foundation collaborates  with leading education, workforce development and nonprofit organizations. The simple aim is to enrich their existing programs focused on elevating emerging women in tech by  providing resources, insights, member donations,  + real-life project opportunities through WiT. Network members and their tech reach.

WiT.'s collaboration with tech-focused and women’s organizations helps bridge the gap between education to employment in tech and prevent female attrition due to unknowns or insecurities -- empowering the next generation of female tech leaders.

The WiT. Foundation's aim is to complement enrich, and innovate these exceptional, existing programs, not to attempt to recreate them. Decisions regarding which organizations to collaborate with and support are decided by WiT. Network's members.
