WiT. | Empowering Tech, Elevating Women through Transparency, Agility + Innovation
WiT. (Women in Tech.) is a global community and innovation network that unites self-organized senior (advisors) and emerging (consultants) talent across the technology spectrum. None of our members - neither advisors nor consultants - are employed: WiT. Network is simply a platform that connects opportunity to a new model of engagement that is propelled by the purpose-driven resolve of all of our members.
Headquartered in the New York metro area with a worldwide digital reach, we connect women in tech to collaborate, share knowledge, and grow together through both practical application in tech projects and complementary mentorship and/or coaching.
Our membership model brings experienced professionals and rising talent via collaborating non-profits into one network—creating opportunities for inspiration, peer learning, and hands-on collaboration through real-world projects that are led by one or more self-organized advisors with seasoned experience in tech + business project work,
With members spanning multiple regions and the network constantly growing in expertise+ membership * , WiT. adapts to the fast-evolving tech landscape—driving innovation in learning + collaborating, while cultivating the next generation of female tech leaders.
*WiT. Network’s focus on the working mentorship model is on elevation + support of new tech talent: projects routed through WiT. Network are dependent on available member expertise. Non-profit-supported emerging talent with minimal experience are expected in all projects.

Neither we nor any of our partners operate in a profit-based collaboration model. We are intentionally connected to as many enriching organizations as possible, without contractual obligation or commitment. We do this in order to maximize our impact, fueled by the common, mission-driven aim of driving positive change to move the needle on female representation in technology.
